You can't buy products directly from PosterSteals.com because PosterSteals.com isn't a store; it's simply a comparison engine that displays poster and artwork products and points you to merchants that do offer them for sale. Once you visit the seller's website or store (Art.com, for example), that merchant should be more than happy to help you make a purchase.
- Can I get my poster framed/laminated/etc.?
The poster merchants whose products are listed
at PosterSteals.com do offer services of this kind. To make use of them,
simply click the "buy at..." button for the poster/artwork of your choice.
Once you end up at the merchant's website, you can choose to frame, laminate
your poster or do other exciting things with it.
- There is a problem with my order...
We don't sell posters at PosterSteals.com; we are only a comparison engine. Please contact customer support department at the web store that you bought your product(s) from. Currently this web store can be either Art.com or AllPosters.com.
- A merchant's product is different from what is displayed at PosterSteals.com
Our AI engine is extremely capable, but even
it occasionally makes error when comparing products. Please click the "products don't match?" link
at the product page and follow the instructions to inform us of wrongly matched
products. We will fix the error within 48 hours.
- The product is OK, but its price at a store is different from what PosterSteals.com claims
While we strive to keep PosterSteals.com continuously up-to-date, delays in updating product information from the stores are unavoidable. Furthermore, the product data made available by the stores is updated on regular time intervals, but not continuously.
- I clicked
the "buy at Art.com" button for a product and ended up at Art.com homepage
instead of the product page
Some product links supplied by Art.com (mainly those for framed prints) appear to be broken.
Art.com acknowledges the problem; we are currently working with them to resolve this issue.
- Why do you only aggregate products from two stores?
Art.com and AllPosters.com are the two biggest and best known poster and art stores, carrying about 600,000 unique products together. Most importantly, they provide their partners with data feeds which are necessary for automatic product matching that PosterSteals.com performs. Our plans for the nearest future include expanding PosterSteals.com to represent more stores, however.
